The Custodian of Public Records for the Town of Lake Clarke Shores is the Town Clerk and all requests will be Directed to Mary Pinkerman, CMC, Town Clerk/Records Custodian.


Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, is the governing law for public records. The Florida Supreme Court defines public records as “all materials made or received by an agency in connection with official business which are used to perpetuate, communicate or formalize knowledge.”

In the event applicable costs apply to any public records request you will be notified with an estimate of the cost and upon your payment of the charges, the requested record will be retrieved.
