Hydrilla Treatment #4 Update May 2, 2018

We wish this could be better news.

The Palm Beach County Division of Environmental Resources Management has treated the Lake for the 4th time, Friday, April 20th. Treatment was minimal, however, the risk to proceed in using the lake water for irrigation is unknown. The Town encourages you to refrain from using the Lake water for irrigation, you may do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. Should you choose to irrigate from the main Lake, recently planted shrubs or sod will be at a greater risk of being damaged than established vegetation.

We await the full and final all-clear from Palm Beach County and notification will be provided and the signs to not irrigate will be removed from the roadways. We thank you for your patience while we work to remove this exotic and invasive plant species from our Lake.
