NOTICE TO RESIDENTS ON STREETS TO BE REPAVED AS PART OF
THE PALM BEACH COUNTY “ONE CENT/ONE PENNY” INFRASTRUCTURE SURTAX PROGRAM
Your street is one of many scheduled to be repaved as part of the Palm Beach County One Cent/One Penny Sales Tax. The repaving of your road will begin on Monday, September 23, 2019 and should be completed within 7 days, weather permitting.
As is to be expected with any major construction project, inconveniences will occur. Lake Clarke Shores and its contractor will work to ensure that these are kept to a minimum. Cooperation between residents, their neighbors, and our contractors will help minimize inconveniences and expedite the construction process.
One lane of traffic will be maintained throughout construction. While construction operations are in progress, traffic may be limited to one way to ensure the safety of motorists and work crews. There will be instances throughout the day where they may need to block the street for short periods of time. These instances will be limited and kept to a maximum of ten minutes. Please observe all traffic requests for safety purposes, and plan trips accordingly.
Driveways of homes will be accessible for parking, but there will be instances where they need to block a driveway(s) for a short period of time. These instances will be limited and kept to a maximum of ten minutes. Please observe all traffic requests for safety purposes.
Construction activity will generally take place between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM weekdays. Weather may be a factor that could cause work to extend past the quoted 7 days.
