TOWN OF LAKE CLARKE SHORES
HYBRID TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AND
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
Tuesday, March 9, 2021, 6:30 PM

 

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores will hold a Town Council Meeting and a Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting on March 9, 2021 at 6:30 PM. They will be hybrid meetings with a virtual attendance and a limited in-person attendance in the Council Chambers according to social distancing protocol.

Persons wishing to attend in-person must wear a mask and maintain social distancing between audience members, Town officials and staff. In-person attendance is on a first come first serve basis until capacity is achieved pursuant to social distancing protocol.

Persons wishing to attend the meetings virtually may do so by registering at this link. A registration confirmation email will provide instructions on how to join the meetings. You will have to download the GoToWebinar app if you join the meetings using a cellphone or tablet.

The recording of the meetings will be available on the Town website within 48 hours of the meetings.

Public comments and questions will be handled as follows:

  • If you attend in-person, you may ask a question during the Audience Comment portion of the meetings.
  • If you attend virtually, send an email with your full name, address and comment no later than 24 hours preceding the meetings to: epearson@lakeclarke.org . If timely received, the comment or question will be read during the Audience Comment portion of the meetings. Comments and questions may also be submitted in writing or heard during the meetings. See Virtual Meeting Participation and Questions document below for instructions on how to participate.

Consistent with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such virtual meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Pursuant to the provision of the Americans with Disability Act; any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the virtual meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Town Clerk at (561) 964-1515 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the meeting.
