Community Development Specialist
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores is seeking a motivated, and qualified individual to fill the position of Community Development Specialist. The Community Development Specialist performs administrative and technical work processing business tax receipts, community-related permits, building permits, contractor registrations, and planning and zoning reviews.
This individual must possess a high school diploma/GED or an acceptable equivalency diploma. Preference will be given to applicants with a college degree. Two (2) years of professional, verifiable general office experience is required.
Must be fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
