INVITATION TO BID

COMMUNITY PARK PICKLEBALL COURT PROJECT

PROJECT NO. LCS-P-2023-01

 

Sealed Bids containing all the required Bid Documents will be received by the Town of Lake Clarke Shores until 2:00 PM on January 18, 2023 at the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Town Hall located at 1701 Barbados Road, Lake Clarke Shores, Florida, 33406. Bids must be provided in sealed packages, clearly labeled “Lake Clarke Shores Community Park Pickleball Court Project”. Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened at the above stated time and date and will be read aloud.

 

The bids will be for furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, fees, expertise, and services necessary for the construction of pickleball courts in the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Community Park.

 

All conditions and requirements for bid submission, consideration, and award are contained in the Bid Documents. To request the Bid Documents or if you have any questions, email Emilie Pearson, Deputy Town Manager, at epearson@lakeclarke.org beginning December 28, 2022.

 

At the time of bid submission each bidder, and all identified subcontractors, must possess professional licenses or certifications required by the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County, as applicable, for the purpose of performing the specified work.

 

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all bids.
