Join us as we host the 27^th Annual Town BBQ on Sunday, March 29, 2020, from 11 AM to 2:30 PM. Enjoy our delicious pulled pork, hot dogs, fried catfish, baked beans, coleslaw, ice cream and assorted desserts. There will be plenty of fun for the kids with pony rides, games, inflatables, and face painting.

This year the Town is promoting the 2020 Census because this is the first year the Census will be completed ONLINE ONLY the Town is setting up computers in the Council Chambers along with tech-savvy volunteers to help you navigate and complete your Census. To complete your Census you must bring your Census postcard with your assigned passcode.

~~The first 100 people to complete their 2020 Census at the BBQ will receive a limited edition BBQ pin!~~

Tickets -

Pick-up for Tickets will begin Monday February 17^th.

~~Tickets are necessary for this event so stop by Town Hall to pick up yours today, please be ready to show your photo ID to pick up.~~

~~Free – First 2 tickets per household~~

~~Children 5 and under are free.~~

$5 per additional tickets ADVANCE PURCHASE

$10 per additional ticket DAY OF EVENT or LOST tickets

Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands on the Day of the BBQ. If you lose your ticket, you will have to pay $10 in order to get your wristband. You MUST HAVE A WRISTBAND in order to partake in the BBQ.

TO-GO Orders

~~Every year the Town has To-Go Orders for sale, pick-up for ALL TO-GOs are Saturday only.~~

~~Preordering is required, the last day for ordering To-Go's is Wednesday, March 25, 2020 by 4 PM.~~

~~What's so special about the To-Go Menu? Take a Look. Stop by Town Hall to drop off your order and payment, please call our BBQ Coordinator, Eliza Hansen at 561-964-1515 ext.1115 for questions.~~

Volunteering

The BBQ is Lake Clarke Shores' biggest event all year and there is no way we could do it without the help of volunteers. The best thing about the BBQ is there are so many different ways to volunteer, and different times you can volunteer.

Want to volunteer all weekend? We would love to have you! Want to volunteer for a few hours? We would love your help! Volunteer Registrations must be completed and returned to our BBQ Coordinator, Eliza Hansen, by Wednesday, March 25, 2020. Please drop off the registration or email it to ehansen@lakeclarke.org.
