POSTPONED Waterway Clean-Up

THE TOWN HAS OFFICIALLY POSTPONED THIS EVENT. NEW DATE - TBD

We need boats and volunteers!

Join neighbors and clean-up the waterways. In partnership with Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful and Comcast Cares, we provide shirts, trash bags, buckets, and gloves. We just need you and your water vessel, it can be a canoe, kayak, boat, or paddleboard. Trash collection is from 8 AM to 12 PM, lunch served immediately after.

Registration

Registrations are available for early sign-up at Town Hall. Please be sure to stop by Boat Ramp Park first before cleaning to receive clean-up gear.

Day of registration will be at the Boat Ramp beginning at 8 AM.

Each person must complete a Volunteer Registration Form. 

Forms are not available online to ensure ADA accessibility, due to 2 forms belonging to outside agencies. Please email ehansen@lakeclarke.org to have forms emailed to you directly.

Refreshments

Coffee and doughnuts will be available to Volunteers at Boat Ramp Park at 8 AM. Lunch will be offered to all volunteers after the close of trash collection at 12 PM. Lunch will be available immediately after and up until 12:30 PM. 

Prizes

During this event the Town has 3 separate opportunities to win a Publix gift card based on:

• Amount of Total Trash collected (in pounds)
• The largest Item Collected (in inches)
• The most unusual item found (selected by Town Staff & Council)
