Due to COVID-19, we will be having a week-long clean-up of our waterways for the 2021 Great American Cleanup starting April 16 - April 24. The Town has put together a new and different way to help ensure CDC guidelines are being kept and to make sure our waterways are still being cleaned. Help us keep Lake Clarke beautiful!
How to Join
The Town will be issuing cleanup gear by request only. Please complete the below request form, then a member of our staff will send you over registration forms. All your requested supplies will be dropped off at your front door on Friday, April 16.
You must complete the registration form, for each member of your group and send back all paperwork to have supplies dropped off. Requests will be permitted until 4 PM on Thursday, April 15.
T-Shirts, trash grabbers, gloves, trash bags, and buckets, will all be part of the supplies available.
What to do with the trash
A dumpster will be at the Lake Clarke Shores Boat Ramp from April 16 through April 24 you can drop off any collected items into the dumpster. It's important that all collected waste from the clean-up is put inside the dumpster so it can be weighed.
Returning Supplies
Supplies left over from the clean-up can be dropped off back to Town Hall outside the double doors on Sunday, April 25.
