COFFEE WITH THE MAYOR AND MANAGER

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores will hold a Coffee with the Mayor and Manager event on October 21, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will have a virtual attendance and a limited in-person attendance in the Council Chambers according to social distancing protocol.

Persons wishing to attend in-person must wear a mask and maintain social distancing between audience members, Town officials and staff. In-person attendance is on a first come first serve basis until capacity is achieved pursuant to social distancing protocol.

Persons wishing to attend the meeting virtually may do so by registering at this link. A registration confirmation email will provide instructions on how to join the meeting. You will have to download the GoToWebinar app if you join the meeting using a cellphone or tablet.

The recording of the meeting will be available on the Town website within 48 hours of the meeting.

Public comments and questions will be handled as follows:

• If you attend in-person, you may ask questions as appropriate during the event. 
• If you attend virtually, comments and questions may be submitted in writing or heard during the event. See Virtual Meeting Participation and Questions document below for instructions on how to participate.
