WATER UTILITY DEPARTMENT CUSTOMERS

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Palm Beach County and the financial burden it is taking on households in our service areas, the Lake Clarke Shore Utility Department is working with its customers to ensure all homes are being supplied with utility services.

Town leaders and staff would like to ease your concerns during this time, if the current bill at your residence has not been paid, it will not be disconnected. We strongly encourage you to make your payments as soon as it is feasible for you and your family but know that your services will not be disconnected.

There are multiple payment options available to customers now that Town Hall is closed for in-person business. Staff is still processing water payments via mail, drop-box, and over-the-phone payments. We are asking that no cash payments be made via the drop box located outside the building, please instead submit payments via personal check, money order or cashier’s check. Customers are reminded to include their account number and/or the service address to where the payment should be applied.

As always all Utility customers have access to their Utility Accounts via the online portal, where you can view your bill, make a one-time payment, or set-up reoccurring debit/credit automatic bill pay.

Staff is still processing work orders, accepting new accounts, and available by phone during normal business hours (M-F from 7 AM - 4 PM).

The Town understands that in these difficult times it may be hard to pay your water utility bill if you are having complications making your payments on time please call Lake Clarke Shores Water Utility Department at 561-642-7870.
