Local COVID-19 Pop-up Testing on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 9 AM - 4 PM

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores in conjunction with PBC Department of Emergency Management has scheduled a COVID-19 Pop-up Testing Site, at the Lake Clarke Shores Town Hall, on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Below you will find additional information, how to download the Quest App to receive your results, and the In-take forms to complete prior to Testing.  It is suggested to complete these forms prior to arrival but is not mandatory. Please bring these forms with you to the site on Monday, please remember to wear a face-covering to the Test site. This is a free service being offered to the community.
