Approved the Minutes of the November 12, 2019, Town Council Meeting.

Approval of First Amendment to Agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Accounts Receivables, Inc. for Debt Collection Services.

Approval of amended Employment Agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Daniel Clark, Town Manager.

Approval to give the Town Manager authority to sign the agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Engenuity Group, Inc. for survey services for the design of the Lake Clarke Shores Street/Sewer Project.

Approval to give the Town Manager authority to sign the agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Engenuity Group, Inc. for the Pine Tree Lane Roadway and Bridge Design.

Acceptance of the Infrastructure Surtax Citizen Oversight Committee Annual Report.

Second and Final Reading of Ordinance #2019-04 - Amending Chapter 125 "Zoning" to Provide that Green Markets, as an accessory use to a church or religious center, may be approved as a Special Exception in the SF Zoning District.
