- Approval of the Minutes of the November 10, 2020 Town Council Meeting.
- Approval of Resolution 2020-26 – Authorizing the Town Manager to engage consultants and purchase audio/visual equipment to improve virtual and livestreaming abilities for the Town and Community Redevelopment Agency’s various public meetings and to establish a project budget not to exceed $32,500.00.
- Acceptance of the Infrastructure Surtax Citizen Oversight Committee Annual Report.
- Approval to piggy-back Broward College Contract RFP-2018-167-EH to allow Shenandoah to clean and camera storm drainage pipes located at 1811 Antigua Road, 1501 Wagner Circle, 7670 Palm Road, Escondida Drive and Carandis Road in an amount not to exceed $18,500.00.
- Approval of Land Use License – Robert Wilkoff, 1401 Caribbean Road E – New seawall
- Approval of variance request for 8323 West Lake Drive
