February 20, 2024 - Council Meeting Actions

  • Approved the Minutes of the January 16, 2024  Town Council Meeting.
  • Approved the Proclamation proclaiming the week of March 4 – 10, 2024 as Flood Awareness Week.
  • Approved the TD Commercial Plus Card Master Agreement and the Commercial Card Solutions Rebate Schedule.
  • Approved the forfeiture funds expenditure in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00 for the Police Department to sponsor Drug Awareness & Anti-Bullying Education during the March 17, 2024 Town BBQ.
  • Approved the forfeiture funds expenditure in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 for the Police Department purchase of a command center board for the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
  • Approval the Land Use License - Alexander Sanchez, 7721 West Lake Drive, for seawall/bulkhead.
  • Appointed Christy Maasbach as Council Member for Group 5 effective February 20, 2024 for the remainder of the term.
