TOWN OF LAKE CLARKE SHORES
VIRTUAL FIRST BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING, COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING AND TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, September 8, 2020, 6:30 PM

 

Pursuant to Governor Desantis’ Executive Order 20-69, the Town of Lake Clarke Shores’ Declarations of State of Local Emergency and Resolution 2020-08, the Town of Lake Clarke Shores will hold a Virtual First Budget Public Hearing, Community Redevelopment Agency and Town Council Meetings on September 8, 2020 at 6:30 PM using communications media technology.

Persons wishing to attend the virtual meeting may do so by registering at this link. A registration confirmation email will provide instructions on how to join the virtual meeting. You will have to download the GoToWebinar app if you join the meeting using a cellphone or tablet.

After the virtual meeting, the recording will be available on the Town’s website within 48 hours of the virtual meeting.

Public comments and questions will be handled as follows: Send email with your full name, address and comment no later than 24 hours preceding the virtual meeting to: epearson@lakeclarke.org . If timely received, the comment or question will be read during the Audience Comment portion of the virtual meeting. Comments and questions may also be submitted in writing or heard during the virtual meeting. Consistent with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such virtual meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
