- Approved the Minutes of the December 13, 2022 Town Council Meeting.
- Approved Land Use License - Rhonda Townsend, 1429 Caribbean Road E - New Seawall.
- Approved the First Reading of Ordinance 2023-01 – Extending the temporary moratorium imposed by Ordinance 2022-01 on enforcement of Section 125-767 (a), (b) and (d) for an additional period of six months.
- Approved the agreement with LMK Pipe Renewal, LLC, the responsive and responsible low bidder, in the amount of $981,100 and giving the Mayor authorization to execute the agreement, subject to notice that additional CBDG funds will be available.
- Renewed a yearly Agreement of monthly pest control service from Safe Home Pest Control in the amount of $207.00 per month.
