- Approval of the Minutes of the December 8, 2020 Town Council Meeting.
- Approval of Resolution 2021-01 – to approve a Fiscal Year 2021 Special Appropriation Request of $1,000,000 to the State of Florida for the Town Septic to Sewer Design Project and matching the Appropriation with $1,000,000 in Town Funds; Authorizing Town Staff to request and obtain the Special Appropriation by signing any related documentation and working with Representative David Silvers.
- Approval of Resolution 2021-02 – Appointing Steven Quattrocchi as a regular member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
- Approval to extend the agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Checkmark Collections (formerly Accounts Receivables, Inc.) for debt collection services through February 13, 2022.
- Approval of annual renewal of body camera equipment and cloud storage in the amount of $10,545 for the Police Department.
- Approval to declare Victor Fire Master LX file cabinet as surplus and authorizing disposal of file cabinet.
- Approval of Land Use License – Carole Thomas, 1425 Alpha Court N – Dock repair
- Renewal of yearly Agreement of monthly pest control service from Safe Home Pest Control in the amount of $207.00 per month.
- Directed the Town Attorney to revise the Town's Golf Cart Ordinance.
