  • Approved the use of Town Hall Park on October 14, 2022 by the Young Singers of the Palm Beaches for a private movie night event, based on the Town’s partnership with this group.
  • Approved the GIS Agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and the City of Greenacres.
  • Approved Resolution 2022-14 – Imposing a non-ad valorem special assessment for nuisance abatement involving the property located at 7730 West Lake Drive, Lake Clarke Shores, FL 33406
  • First Reading of Ordinance 2022-01 – Imposing a Moratorium on Enforcement of Section 125-767(a), (b), and (d), Code of Ordinances
  • Confirmed the 2021/2022 Millage Rate of 6.2798
  • Set the tentative millage rate of 6.2798
  • Certified the Rolled Back Millage Rate of 5.6155
  • Set the First Budget Public Hearing Date to September 6, 2022 and the Second Budget Public Hearing Date to September 27, 2022
