  • Approval of the Minutes of the February 4, 2020 Town Council Meeting.

  • Approval of Resolution 2020-03 – Proclaiming the election of non-contested candidates for Groups 3, 4 and 5.

  • Approval of Resolution 2020-04 – Appointing Robert (Bobby) Gonzalez as an alternate member of the Code Enforcement Board.

  • Approval of Resolution 2020-05 – Proclaiming a 2019 “Volunteer of the Year”.

  • Approval of Resolution #2020-06 – Proclaiming a 2019 “Volunteer of the Year”.

  • Approval of Resolution 2020-07 – Amending the 2019/2020 budget.

  • Approval of Proclamation proclaiming April 2020 as “Water Conservation Month”.

  • Approval of Proclamation proclaiming the week of March 16-20, 2020 as Government Finance Professionals Week.

  • Approval to extend the agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Accounts Receivables, Inc. (ARI) for debt collection services through February 13, 2021.

  • Approval of an agreement between Building Up Sports Academy, Inc. and the Town of Lake Clarke Shores to hold a summer fishing camp for children during the week of June 15 – June 19, 2020.

  • Approval of an agreement between Sherwin Anderson and the Town of Lake Clarke Shores to hold a summer tennis camp for children during the week of June 22 – June 26, 2020.

  • Approval of forfeiture expenditure in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00 for the Police Department to purchase items to be used at the March 29, 2020 Town BBQ for a “Drug Awareness/Be a Buddy Not a Bully” Fair for the children of Lake Clarke Shores.

  • Approval of Land Use Permit – John Gorski, 7310 West Lake Drive – Seawall & boathouse

  • First Reading of Ordinance 2020-01 – Amending various sections of Chapter 125 Zoning regarding definition of restaurants and, as such, to change the various sections of the code pertaining to restaurants; amending sections of the code to clarify that the ZBA is an advisory board to the Town Council and that the Town Council is the deciding authority for Special Exceptions; and to correct a scrivener error regarding lot coverage.
