- Approved Resolution 2021-11 - Appointing Members to the Code Enforcement Board.
- Approved Resolution 2021-12 – Appointing Members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
- Approved Resolution 2021-13 – Appointing Members to the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Infrastructure Surtax Citizen Oversight Committee.
- Approved Resolution 2021-14 – Appointing Members to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
- Approved Resolution 2021-15 – Appointing a Representative and Alternate Representatives to the Palm Beach County League of Cities, Inc.

- Approved Proclamation by the Town Council Recognizing the Week of May 16 - 22, 2021 as “Water Reuse Week”.
- Approved the Accounting Procedures.
- Adopted Ordinance 2021-02 – Amending Chapter 62, Utilities, Article IV, Stormwater.
- Approved the Interlocal Agreement between Palm Beach County and the Town of Lake Clarke Shores for Construction Related Services Associated with the Installation of a 12” Water Main along Lawrence Road.
