- Approved the Minutes of the April 11, 2023 Town Council Meeting.
- Approved Resolution 2023-09 – Appointing a representative and alternate representatives to the Palm Beach County League of Cities, Inc.
- Approved Resolution 2023-10 – Appointing Members to the Code Enforcement Board.
- Approved Resolution 2023-11 – Appointing Members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
- Approved Resolution 2023-12 – Expressing appreciation to Daniel P. Clark upon his retirement.
- Approved Resolution 2023-13 – Appointing Members to the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Infrastructure Surtax Citizen Oversight Committee.
- Approved Resolution 2023-14 – Expressing appreciation for the donors and sponsors to the Town’s 28th Annual BBQ.
- Approved Resolution 2023-15 – Expressing appreciation for the services rendered by the volunteers during the 28th Annual Town BBQ.
- Approved Resolution 2023-16 – Expressing appreciation for the services rendered by the volunteers and donors during the 14th Annual Fishing Tournament.
- Approved Resolution 2023-17 – Expressing appreciation for the services rendered by the donors and volunteers during the 16th Annual Waterway Clean-up.
- Approved Resolution 2023-18 – Recognizing Town employees with more than 10 years of service to the Town and its residents.
- Approved Proclamation by the Town Council recognizing the week of May 14 - 20, 2023 as “National Police Week”.
- Approved Joseph Lo Bello to begin full time employment as Town Manager on May 10, 2023.
- Approved the Amendment (Amendment 002) to the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement for Urban County Participation in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and continue the participation in the Urban County Program for FY2024 – 2027.
- Approved the use of donations for Town Manager Daniel Clark’s retirement dinner and parting gifts.
- Approved the first reading of Ordinance 2023-02 with revisions being incorporated for second reading.
- Approved purchase of sound equipment in the amount of 3,971.55.
