November 9, 2021 - Council Meeting Actions
- Approved the Minutes of the October 12, 2021 Town Council Meeting.
- Approved Resolution 2021-33 – Adopting a Schedule of Penalties for Illicit Discharges and providing a description of the penalties.
- Approved Proclamation proclaiming November 13 – 21, 2021 as National Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week.
- Declared the following items from the Water Plant as surplus and allowing these items to be disposed: miscellaneous fittings, air release valves, backflow devices, meters and pumps; lawn mower; and self-contained breathing apparatus.
- Approved Land Use License – James Walton, 7320 West Lake Drive – New Dock.
- Tabled the discussion regarding the liens at 1621 Carandis Road until the December 14, 2021 Town Council Meeting to allow staff to prepare an estimate of expenses the Town incurred on the lien cases.
