- Approved the Minutes of the September 27, 2023 Second and Final Budget Hearing.
- Approved forfeiture funds not to exceed $3,400.00 for the purchase of standard items for department rifles.
- Approved the purchase of tactical shields using forfeiture funds not to exceed $3,000.00.
- Approved Resolution 2023-32 authorizing the Mayor to execute the Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County for the annexation of Edgewater Park.
- Approved a License Agreement within and bordering Community Park to KMR LLC owner of 1501 Forest Hill Boulevard.
