- Approved the Minutes of the September 27, 2022 Second Public Hearing 2022- 2023 Budget.
- Approved the Minutes of the September 27, 2022 Town Council Meeting
- Approved Resolution 2022-20 - Recognizing the week of October 17 – 23, 2022 as Florida City Government Week.
- Approved the Interlocal Agreement between Palm Beach County and the Town of Lake Clarke Shores to receive a Community Development Block Grant for the South Service Area in an amount not to exceed $224,882.
- Approved the agreement for towing services between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and Priority Towing that piggybacks their agreement with Lake Worth Beach.
- Approved the agreement with Building Up Sports Academy, Inc. for a Winter Break Fishing Camp to be held December 26 – 29, 2022.
- Approved Land Use License - Elizabeth Crompton, 7601 West Lake Drive – Replacing dock and seawall.
- Approved the following items as surplus and allowing these items to be disposed : ATEM Mini Pro, Audio Box USB 96
