October 12, 2021 - Council Meeting Actions

  • Approved the Minutes of the September 28, 2021 Second Public Hearing 2021-2022 Budget.
  • Approved the Minutes of the September 28, 2021 Local Planning Agency Public Hearing.
  • Approved the Minutes of the September 28, 2021 Town Council Meeting.
  • Proclaimed October 22, 2021 as Cardinal Newman High School Day.
  • Declared the following items from the Water Plant as surplus and allowing these items to be disposed: HP Officejet Pro 8600, Serial #CN571FX1RK; Toshiba TV, asset tag #00386.
  • Approved forfeiture expenditure in the amount of $9,350.00 for the Police Department to purchase two Radar Feedback Speed Signs from Tapco Safe Travels which will be placed in the Town for speed deterrent along the Town’s roadways. 
  • Approved Land Use License – James & Shannon Farrell, 7330 West Lake Drive – New dock, Seawall & Boat lift.
  • Continued a request for lien reduction at 1621 Carandis Road until the November 9, 2021 Town Council Meeting.
