September 6, 2022 - Council Meeting Actions
- Approved the Minutes of the August 9, 2022 Town Council Meeting.
- Approved Resolution 2022-15 – Authorizing the Town Manager to make any necessary budget transfers between departments within a fund for fiscal year 2021/2022.
- Approved Resolution 2022-16 – In Appreciation to Deborah Gregorian for her service as a member of the Code Enforcement Board.
- Approved Resolution 2022-17 – In appreciation to Claudine Vasseur for her service as a member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
- Approved Agreement with Clarke Aquatics to provide aquatic weed and algae services from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
- Approved the retention of the following consultants for the 2022/2023 fiscal year: William H. Murphy – Parks and Recreation Services; Carr, Riggs & Ingram – Auditors (October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2024); Nowlan, Holt & Miner – Financial Consultant; and Akerman LLP – Florida Legislative and Executive Branch Advocacy Representation (September 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023).
- Approved the Grant Agreement between the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) for the Pickle Ball Courts at Community Park.
- Adopted Ordinance 2022-02 – Amending Sec. 30-3. – Damage to Keller Road Traffic Control Structure.
- First Reading of Ordinance 2022-04 – Prohibiting loud, excessive, unnecessary or unusual noise within the Town parks.
