Hypoluxo Village Notification of Utility Rate Increase

The rate for your water usage is increasing by $0.18 cents and sewer is increasing by $0.33 for residential and commercial this will take effect October 1, 2023 and will be reflected on the November 2023 billing statement:

HV Water: Base Rate: NO CHANGE

Usage Charge per 1,000 gallons: Current: $5.63 New: $5.81

HV Sewer: Base Rate: NO CHANGE

Usage Charge per 1,000 gallons: Residential: Current: $5.48 New: $6.00; Commercial: Current: $7.98 New: $8.58

These changes are the result of a rate increase to the Town of Lake Clarke Shores by City of Lake Worth for the water and sewer service in your area.

NOTE: The Base Rate is a required fixed amount on each months billing to cover costs of operation for the utility - (salaries, equipment, gasoline, electricity, repairs, materials, etc.)
