Lake Clarke Shores Notification of Utility Rate Increase

The rate for your water usage is increasing by $0.25 cents and sewer is increasing by $0.07 this will take effect October 1, 2023 and will be reflected on the November 2023 billing statement:  

LCS Water: Base Rate: NO CHANGE

Usage Charge per 1,000 gallons: Current: $6.32 New: $6.57

LCS Sewer: Base Rate: NO CHANGE

Usage Charge per 1,000 gallons: Current: $5.00 New: $5.07

These changes are the result of a rate increase to the Town of Lake Clarke Shores by Village of Palm Springs for water service and PBCWUD for sewer service in your area.

NOTE: The Base Rate is a required fixed amount on each months billing to cover costs of operation for the utility - (salaries, equipment, gasoline, electricity, repairs, materials, etc.)
