- Approved the Minutes of the May 12, 2026, Town Council Meeting.
- Approved to continue with another one-year agreement with Pinsky and Associates in the amount of $3000.00 per month plus incidental expenses for services that include legislative support, coordination with state officials, and assistance with appropriations and grant funding.
- Approved the applicant’s request for a variance to allow a dock to extend up to 41 feet perpendicular to the shoreline as long as the dock size requirements are met.
- Approved the Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 2026-01.
- Approved the Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 2026-03.
- Approved the Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 2026-02 after changing a scrivener’s error to reflect “Mayor Pro Tem” instead of “Vice Mayor Pro Tem” where needed.
- Approved the health insurance coverage through Cigna and renew dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance coverage through Mutual of Omaha for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; waive the Town's formal bidding requirements, found that obtaining competitive insurance proposals through the Town's agent of record is more advantageous to the Town than conducting a formal solicitation process; approve continuation of the Town's $1,000 monthly employee health insurance stipend program; and authorize the Town Manager to execute all necessary agreements and related documents.
- Approved the lcs.gov as the Town’s official .gov domain for both the Town website and employee email addresses and authorize staff to proceed with the transition planning and implementation process.
