TOWN OF LAKE CLARKE SHORES
FIRST BUDGET HEARING, COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING AND TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2026, 6:30 PM
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores will hold a First Budget Hearing, a Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting and a Town Council Meeting on September 8, 2026 at 6:30 PM. Members of the public may attend the meetings in the Council Chambers or virtually.
Persons wishing to view the meetings may do so live on the Town’s YouTube channel.
Persons wishing to comment during the meetings must attend via Zoom by clicking on the following link. You will need to download the Zoom application if joining from a cellphone or tablet.
Public comments will be made as follows:
- If you attend in-person, you may comment during the public comment portions of the meetings.
- If you attend via Zoom, you may comment during the public comment portions of the meetings by raising your hand or writing it in the Q&A section. Please ensure you state or write your full name and address.
- If you are unable to attend, you may submit a comment by email with your full name and address no later than 3 hours preceding the meetings to: epearson [at] lakeclarke.org (epearson[at]lakeclarke[dot]org). If timely received, the comment will be read during the public comment portion of the meetings.

Consistent with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Pursuant to the provision of the Americans with Disability Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Town Clerk at (561) 964-1515 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the meetings.
