TOWN OF LAKE CLARKE SHORES
CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD HEARING
Wednesday, June 17, 2026, 6:30 PM
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores will hold a Code Enforcement Board Hearing on June 17, 2026 at 6:30 PM. Members of the public may attend the hearing in the Council Chambers or virtually.
Persons wishing to view the meeting may do so live on the Town’s YouTube channel.
Please note that this will be a quasi-judicial hearing with no public comment. Witnesses and respondents must attend the hearing in-person to be sworn in and provide testimony. One or more Council Members may be present during the hearing.

If an individual decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to this hearing, the individual will need a record of the proceedings and ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made (286.0105, Fla. Stat.), which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The Town of Lake Clarke Shores does not prepare or provide such verbatim record.
