NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

TO: ALL RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE TOWN OF LAKE CLARKE SHORES.

Pursuant to Governor Desantis’ Executive Order 20-69, the Town of Lake Clarke Shores’ Declarations of State of Local Emergency and Resolution 2020-08, the Town of Lake Clarke Shores Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Virtual Hearing on September 10, 2020 at 6:30 PM using communications media technology.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Town of Lake Clarke Shores, Florida, will hear a request for variance on September 10, 2020 at 6:30 pm, or as soon as possible thereafter as follows:
 
Kevin Schendera, of Lake Clarke Shores, Florida, 33406, is requesting a 9’ side variance to construct a Carolina carport having a 1’ setback from the property line, with relief from the 10’ setback as required in Sec. 125-295 (2) of the Town’s Code of Ordinances on the following real property:  
1735 Antigua Rd, Lake Clarke Shores FL; Fla Mango Grovelets Addn No 1 Amnd W 90.15 ft of N 149.71 ft of S 339.75 ft of Lt 8 Blk 7, on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 68.

Correspondence and audience comments will be handled as follows: Send email with your full name, address and comment no later than 24 hours preceding the virtual hearing to: epearson@lakeclarke.org. If timely received, the comment or question will be read during the Application’s Audience Comment portion of the virtual hearing. Said hearing will be public and you are hereby invited to attend and be heard.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the Board, with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, such interested person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
