NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

TO: ALL RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE TOWN OF LAKE CLARKE SHORES.
 
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Lake Clarke Shores, Florida, will hear a request for a variance on November 12, 2020 at 6:30 pm, or as soon as possible thereafter at the Town Council Chambers, 1701 Barbados Road, Lake Clarke Shores, Florida, as follows:
 
Danay Diaz Pavon and Albert Pavon, of Lake Clarke Shores, Florida, 33406, are requesting a 10’ variance to add a bathroom to the west side of their master bedroom in order to provide access to a bathroom when using the pool (cabana bathroom) which will also serve as their master bathroom, having a 5’ setback from the rear property line, with relief from the 15’ setback as required in Sec. 125-295 (3) of the Town’s Code of Ordinances on the following real property:  
8323 West Lake Drive, Lake Clarke Shores FL;  Lot 9, Block 3 of Lake Clarke Waterway Estates on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 114.

Said meeting will be a public meeting and you are hereby invited to attend and be heard. 

Persons attending this meeting must wear a mask and maintain social distancing between Board Members, staff and audience members. Attendance is on a first come first serve basis until capacity is achieved pursuant to social distancing protocol.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the Board, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such interested person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
