TOWN OF LAKE CLARKE SHORES
HYBRID CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD HEARING
Wednesday, May 26, 2021, 6:30 PM

 

 

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores will hold a Code Enforcement Board Hearing on May 26, 2021 at 6:30 PM. It will be a hybrid hearing with a virtual attendance and a limited in-person attendance in the Council Chambers according to social distancing protocol.

 

Persons wishing to attend in-person must wear a mask and maintain social distancing between audience members, Town officials and staff. In-person attendance is on a first come first serve basis until capacity is achieved pursuant to social distancing protocol.

 

Persons wishing to attend the hearing virtually may do so by registering at this link. A registration confirmation email will provide instructions on how to join the hearing. You will have to download the GoToWebinar app if you join the hearing using a cellphone or tablet.

 

The recording of the hearing will be available on the Town website within 48 hours of the hearing.

 

Please note that this will be a quasi-judicial hearing with no public comment. Witnesses and respondents must attend the hearing in-person to be sworn in and provide testimony. One or more Council Members may be present during the hearing.

If an individual decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board with respect to this hearing, the individual will need a record of the proceedings and ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made (286.0105, Fla. Stat.), which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The Town of Lake Clarke Shores does not prepare or provide such verbatim record.
